S1000xr Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the s1000xr platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the s1000xr platform through our website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the s1000xr platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and s1000xr as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The s1000xr platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use any of the services offered.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one account on s1000xr. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any other details requested. s1000xr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. s1000xr will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Please report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Use a strong, unique password — at least eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Always log out of your account when you are done using a shared device.
- Contact s1000xr customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As an s1000xr user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You may not use this platform for any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using any automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or exploit the platform.
- Making false claims, manipulating accounts, or attempting to deceive the s1000xr system in any way.
- Sharing your account with other users or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Processing financial transactions through the platform on behalf of others without valid authorisation.
S1000xr reserves the right to take appropriate action — including restricting access, suspending, or closing the account of any user found in breach of these rules — without any obligation to provide compensation or prior notice.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the s1000xr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). s1000xr supports local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and bank transfers to approved financial institutions in Malaysia.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and not derived from any unlawful source. s1000xr reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time for compliance and security purposes.
All withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with s1000xr's prevailing withdrawal policy. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and are typically completed within one to three business days. s1000xr is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banking systems.
S1000xr reserves the right to delay or place a hold on any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, the user may be required to submit supporting documents before the transaction can be completed.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
S1000xr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence. s1000xr's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the s1000xr platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of s1000xr and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from s1000xr.
Account Suspension & Closure
S1000xr reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, prolonged account inactivity, or at the user's own request. For accounts closed at the user's request with a positive balance, withdrawals will be processed once all verification requirements have been met.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links
The s1000xr platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under s1000xr's control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of such links is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Changes to Terms
S1000xr reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
